Follow The Light
“I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t be stumbling through the darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.” (John 8:12)
The world is full of darkness. Everyone without Jesus is stumbling about, tyring to find their way. Jesus is the only light available in this sin darkened world. He is “the light that leads to life.”
As believers, if we feel like all is darkness around us and we can’t find our way then we are not following Jesus. If we are following Him, He will give us spiritual light, life, understanding, and knowledge of His will.
Following the way of sin always leads to darkness and death. Following Jesus always leads to light and life. There is no third option.
